Certification Details
ClickSafety is the only OSHA-authorized online provider of the Cal/OSHA 10-Hour Construction course. Successful participants will receive:
- A certificate of completion confirming a passing score of 70% or higher
- 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) from an accredited IACET provider
- A valid DOL/OSHA 10-Hour Construction Card
You will have three attempts to pass the final exam. All incorrect answers generate immediate feedback so you can learn as you go. Your training must be completed within 180 days of your start date, and you must complete the course evaluation to receive your certificate.
How You Get Your DOL Card
ClickSafety records your score and submits your completion to both OSHA and the Department of Labor. They then receive, sign, and mail your DOL/OSHA 10-Hour Card directly to you. In most cases, this takes approximately two weeks from the date you complete the course.

The course takes approximately 10 hours to complete, including the final assessment. You can work at your own pace, pause and resume as needed, and complete the course from any device. You have 180 days from your start date to finish.
What score do I need to pass?
You must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the final assessment. You have up to 3 attempts to pass, and all incorrect answers generate immediate feedback to help you learn the material.
Is the Cal/OSHA 10-Hour Construction course available in Spanish?
Yes. This course is available in both English and Spanish. You can select your preferred language when you begin the course.
What is the difference between California Cal/OSHA and regular OSHA 10-Hour Construction training?
No. The Cal/OSHA 10-Hour Construction course covers all standard federal OSHA content plus additional California-specific regulations enforced by the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA).
