Description
This HAZWOPER 8-Hour Refresher (2026 Edition)—offered through the EST Safety Network in partnership with ClickSafety—provides the annual 8-hour refresher training required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8) for workers engaged in hazardous waste operations and emergency response.
Nearly all employees engaged in cleanup operations are required to complete eight hours of refresher training annually. Prerequisite: Initial HAZWOPER Certification Required
This is an annual refresher course. You must have already completed an initial HAZWOPER 24-hour or 40-hour certification course before taking this refresher. This course is not a substitute for initial HAZWOPER training.
